Bathroom remodeling.
A calmer everyday.

A bathroom brief that starts with your routine

Think about what the bathroom needs to do better. Perhaps the vanity surface feels crowded, storage is difficult to use, or the room is ready for a more comprehensive change. Explain these priorities before making a list of finishes.

A few photographs of the whole room, vanity, and areas of concern give Mario a starting point. Inspiration images are helpful when accompanied by a note about the particular details you like.

Vanity cabinets, countertops, and the wider room

LBS installs cabinets and countertops and provides bathroom remodeling services. Discuss whether your project centers on the vanity or includes broader changes, and identify the existing features you hope to retain.

Any fixtures, connections, or other work that may need coordination should be part of the scope conversation. Do not assume that every related trade is included; measurements, materials, responsibilities, and timing are confirmed for the individual project.

Prepare the details that affect your project

Tell us the property address and your preferred timing. Mention access restrictions and whether the bathroom is currently in use. This helps the conversation address the practical setting as well as the appearance of the finished space.

• What works in the current room and what does not
• Your priorities for vanity storage and countertops
• Photos of the room and a few useful references
• Features you plan to keep or replace
• Project location, access considerations, and timing

Can I start by updating vanity cabinets or countertops?
